How do we make puppy placements?
Once we have a sense of your lifestyle, our primary objective is to match you with a puppy that will best fit YOU. It is extremely rare that a prospective buyer will be able to choose their own puppy out of the litter. For example, a household with 3 boisterous children needs a puppy that is docile, and not triggered by the energy of playful kids. A young couple that wants to take their corgi hiking, and on social excursions, needs a puppy that will thrive on meeting new people and trying new things, rather than be shy and turned off by a lot of change. These are just two examples of what we consider when getting to know you for puppy matching.
To our best ability, we will try to match you up with your preferences of coat/color/gender. If you are not specific in those desires, all the better!
